Problem about SDO plugin installtion

I completed the SDO plugin installtion from a local folder, and I can see the item "EMF Service Data Objects (SDO) Runtime + End-User Tool 2.2.2.v20080825" in the "already installed " window , but I still can't add a "org.eclipse.emf.ecore.sdo" dependency in the dependencies window...

Can anyone give me a tip?
