Why is Deliver option unavailable (grayed out)
Under what conditions is the Deliver option unavailable?
I can deliver from other tasks, within the same stream.
I have checked the permissions - I have the appropriate permissions for delivering to this stream.
I don't get an error, however when I right-click on the changeset in the Pending Changes Tab, Outgoing folder, the menu displays and the Deliver option is grayed out.
This is happening on two of my changesets (out of hundreds), I cannot find any attributes of these two that would make them different from the rest.
I've tried all I can think of, please help!!

Hi,
there is a technote mentioning that either a missing flow target or unresolved changes can lead to a change sets deliver option being greyed out. Since you can deliver other changes, the flow target seems to be set. My guess would be that you have unresolved changes which prevent these change sets from being deliverable. Have you checked the "Unresolved" folder in the Pending Changes View?
If this is not the solution, what happens if you try to "deliver all". Are the two change sets still undelivered?
