Cannot create Taks in Eclipse (Combobox is on Retrieving...)

Hello all,

I have updated multiple times my RTC 2.0 (now on 2.0.0.2iFix6).
I am working under Ubuntu 10.04 (x86).

If I try to create a work item, usually you can add Informations in the comboboxes but my comboboxes will not get the current values. Here my values of th ecomboboxes

    filed against:
    (Unassigned, Retrieving...)

    owned by:
    (Unassigned, More...)

    and so on...

Now I am not able to create tasks in eclipse, since the mandatory missing values are not enterable!
Please help to to fix or workaround this.

best regards,
Hans

Hi Hans,

I'd suggest to create a work item to work with development to fix this. Ither than that, some questions: Does this only happen on Ubuntu? Does it work with other OS's? Does the Web Client work? Did you try to install another RTC (using zip install) and does that work? Did another workspace work? Is there any information in the logs (in the .metadata directory)?

Thanks,

Ralph

Hi Ralph,

I have exactly the same problem. I'm using web client (FF 24 under Windows), RTC 4.0.6. When clicking on combobox, it expands to a list with only one value "Retrieving...", although there are several values defined for enumeration type assigned to this field.

Thanks

Robert
