Urgent help needed reagrding RQM reports

I have a particular defect record type in CQ production DB . Whenever I am generating defect list report from my RQM selecting the appropriate parameter, that particular defect is not showing in the report and it is displayed 'No Records found. Any help regarding fixing this issue will be great for me.
