I found couple of links related to the use of BIRT for custom report development for RTC. RTC and RQM is built on same jazz platform so is it possible to use same mechanism for RQM custom reporting?

Regards,
Qaiser

Birt Reports for RQM are possible , but are not officially supported for RQM ( They are for RTC). I have made some reports on BIRT for RQM, what kind of report are you looking for?

Hi Csrfseiei,

Have you built any custom Requirement Traceability Matrix that has more details than RQM? I'd be interested if you did.

Have you looked into using RRDI? Here are some videos that show you how
you just drag-and-drop together a traceability report in Report Studio.
This would be the fully supported approach to get to the reports that
you need.

The first video shows how to create a very simple list report of related
elements. I was recorded with Common Reporting 1.0, but the same steps
still apply with the exception of the location of the report template,
which is now located in Public Folders > Report Template > RI Report
Template in RRDI and Insight 1.0.1.1:

The second video shows how to create a bar chart using a metric and how
to add a parameter prompt that allows filtering along a dimension of
that metric:

As Peter is saying, RRDI is the best option for RQM custom reports. If you are starting with custom reports for RQM is better for you to start with RRDI because you will find information and guidance.

I made a report on birt because I did not have the RRDI (or RCR) installed at the moment. And I just made some Requirement-Testplan - Cases if that is something you are looking?

Which dataware house snapshot have you used to create your BIRT RQM Reports?

So what's the answer for:
"Which dataware house snapshot have you used to create your BIRT RQM Reports?"
Cause I have to create birt report for RQM's Test Cases.

I am looking for birt reports to access test cases and test plans in RQM. Do you have any suggestions for me?
Thanks...
