Custom attribute deletion

I have created a custom attribute on simple project process and then suppress it but it exists always and I can not use it again.
I searched it in xml source process configuration but nothing.
Is it a bug ? Is it a way to fix it ?

Hi,

the data stays in the repository and the ID will be referenced if one attribute has been set. Therefore you can't re-use the id and create it again. If you want to recover you could (try on a testsystem) try to create a new attribute with a different ID and change the ID in the XML to the previous one before its first usage.
