RTC 3 Problems initializing plan model

We have installed RTC Version 3.0.1 RC1

When we complete a work item and set the status to Resolved.
The work item was then update to Status 'Closed'

When we return to the plan which contains this work item. The plan which contains this work item will then not open the 'Work Breakdown and Schedule view'.

It's gives an Error:

Problems Initializing plan model
TypeError: 'WorkingTime' is null or not an object

Help! Not sure if it's closing the work item or the time tracking entered against the work item.

We can correct the work item, by changing the status back to 'In Progress'
It then appears in the plan.

But a Closed item causes the error in 'work breakdown and schedule view'. Using the formal planning template.

It's gives an Error:

How can we get work items of status 'closed' to appear in the plan to show completed progress.
