Windows 7 support for the RTC Jazz Team Server

Has anyone tried installing and running the Server on a Windows 7 platform? Is it even supported in RTC 3.0? I don't see it in the system requirements list here http://jazz.net/library/article/496

I have installed RTC 3.0 on Win 7 Ultimate edition and it works fine. This is for testing purpose only. RTC server (JTS) is not supported on Win 7 but RTC client is supported on Win 7.

Thanks!

I am able to run the server on my Windows 7 box. I use the 64-bit windows server drop.

Windows 7 is not a supported platform for running the RTC server.
But note that lots of us do run the RTC server on Windows 7 for demo
purposes (I do, for example), and I am not aware of any problems with
doing so. You just wouldn't want to use Windows 7 for a production
server (which is why Windows 7 is not on the officially supported list).

Cheers,
Geoff

I can also confirm RTC runs on Windows7 Professional 64-bit. Make sure you run the Installation Manager using the Run As Administrator, and if you start RTC in a command shell - use Run As Administrator to start the shell before you do a server.startup.bat
