1. Make sure your license_profile.ini has the correct path
2. Check with DB2cc if you can connect to Jazz database. |
my license_profile.ini path:
url=file:///c:/IBM/JazzTeamServer/server/license-update-site jazz server path: C:\IBM\JazzTeamServer\server And DB2CC/list db directory/.... work well |

Do you see messages in your systemOut.log showing successful connection to the database? It should look something like the following:
11:56:02,203 INFO .repository.service.internal.rdb.Conn ectionFactory - Initial database connection successful Db Product Name: DB2/NT Db Product Version: SQL09051 Db Name/Location: //localhost:50000/JAZZ:fullyMaterializeLobData=false;user=xx xxxxxx;password=xxxxxxxx; This should appear in the console log after the first connection, or first access to the Jazz Admin page. What do you see on the Server Status page, https://localhost:9443/jazz/admin? Thanks, Scott Rich Jazz Team |
I access https://localhost:9443/jazz/admin
The message is below: Status Summary: Error fetching server status information. Repository services are not available on the server. Provision the server to install the repository components. note: my profile.ini comments: url=file:///c:/IBM/JazzTeamServer/server/update-site featureid=com.ibm.team.rtc.server.feature I can't see successful connection to the database in SystemOut.log. |
