Hello,

I'm having trouble opening a new work item against Rational Team Concert (right here on Jazz.net). When I fill in all of the fields and hit Save, the following red error box pops up on the top of the window:


Permission Denied. You don't have permission to perform the following actions:
modify/client
Modify the work item's 'Filed Against' attribute (modify/category)
action/com.ibm.team.workitem.eclipseWayWorkflow.action.confirm
modify/os.


When I reset the Filed Against field to Unassigned and try to save, I get this:


Attribute 'Filed Against' not set. The 'Filed Against' attribute needs to be set (work item <09>).


Am I hitting the wrong buttons?
