Initial User password?

I set up a new team area and created a set of users. During te setup, I was able to configure userid and email, but was not given an opportunity to configure their initial password.

Also, I can't find a way (as ADMIN or other) to get the "Change Password" button to be enabled for any of these new users.

What is the initial password, by default?
How can I go in and force an initial password?

The passwords will be in the tomcat-users.xml file and will default to the same as the userid.

Gary .. were you using the web ui or eclipse ui to set up the users?
