How to configure multiple owners for one work item
We are tracking our monthly development line item reporting in RTC using a number of custom attributes. Each work item/line item has 3-4 owners (Development Owner, Test Owner, Documentation Owner etc). How do I assign multiple owners to one line item? Ideally I would like all owners to be able to have a view of their line itmes right in the plan view.
Can someone help? We are using RTC v2

If these "owners" will each be spending a measurable amount of time on
the work item, then it is best to create a subtask for each of them, so
that they can both estimate and then record the actual amount of time
they spent on their part of the task. Then they'd each have their own
line item.
If instead, they are more in the role of an "approver", then it would be
best to make them approvers of the work item. In that case, you would
use queries and reports to identify the set of approvals pending for a
given individual.

Hi,
adding to Geoffs answer, in RTC3 you could add an attribute of type contributor list to select multiple users. I think this was not available in RTC2. I am not sure that can be used in plans, e.g. for grouping but it would be worth trying.
