Upgrade to 2.0.0.2 iFix6 failure from iFix4

We were trying to upgrade to the latest 2.0.0.2 iFix 6 from 2.0.0.2 iFix4. We launched the IBM Installation manager and said to upgrade. However Jazz & RTC never came back up. I was able to get Jazz running again and was able to log into Jazz team server. When it didn't come back up we attempted to rollback the change using the IBM Install Mang utility.

When I launch the RTC client I get the following error:
CRJAZ0096I Attempting to connect to "/jazz/versionCompatiblity?clientVersion=2.0.0.2iFix4" using insecure "http" protocol - suggest using "https"

I tried to connect using https and still get the same error.

I was able to get the client connected again. For some reason the uri changed in the server settings. Thanks to the IBM help desk.
