Can Mercury QC be integrated with RTC? If not, what is the work around? Please let me know.

yes. Integration between RTC and QC is very much possible. It is achieved using Item Connector Framework. I am sure you must have had a look into the "Rational Team Concert Adaptor for QualityCenter" from BSD. http://www.bsdgroup.com/qcrtc.php

There is also SCMSolution.com fusion product that I used when consulting with a Client that integrates RTC and QC(QC versions 9, 10 & 11)

there is aslo a synchronisator product available from a company called "tasktop", which looks very interesting.

Depending on your usecases you can also build an interface by yourself.

We do a one-way synchronisation from test relevant user stories into the QC Requirement Modul. Testers can do test planning and execution against User Stories. Test coverage and reporting is done on QC, in our case.

Hi Guido, Have you built an interface for this integration? Have you used Java API (or) any other solution? Is it possible to update data in RTC from HPQC end?

Hi TM,
             RTC 4.0 has an ALM Adapter that provides the integration with QC using OSLC. But i think its not a supported version - its in the beta stage.
