New iterations not showing up in existing project

Shawn Lauzon (38174) | asked May 02 '08, 2:30 p.m.
I created a project in M5a and migrated it over to M6a. I then created a new Iteration via RTC and set it as the current iteration. The new iteration shows up under Process Iterations in the Project Area, but the rest of Jazz doesn't see it: you can't choose it in the "Planned For" field, and the Plans tree in RTC doesn't show the Iteration. Did something change in M6a that I have to do something different?

JAZZ DEVELOPER
In order to use iterations for the 'planned for' field in work items or
to create iteration plans for them they need to be tagged to produce
'releases' (or 'deliverables' - I don't recall what language we used in
M6).

In the project area editor select the iteration and use 'Edit
Properties'. Check the check box for releases/deliverables. In M6 this
unfortunately does not yet suffice: You have to do the same for all
parent iterations. This limitation has been eliminated in Rc1.
