How to get workitems in the specified build?

Our current demand is below We get all build results in a build definition,then comapre any two of build result.This will get all different version files and those which files's workitems.Finally we want to get those workitems' topic and owner.But it seems I can only get some builds or workitems by query API. So,How can we achieve the target? |
