Issues displaying Tabs, Sections, and Presentations

Hi,
I'm trying to create a custom tab to for Defect WI. I've gone to Process Configuration -> Project Configuration -> Configuration Data -> Workitems -> Editor Presentations and selected "com.ibm.team.workitem.editor.defect". I've added a Tab, Section and presentation. However, when I create a new Defect workitem, the new Tab is blank. The section and presentation are not showing up.

Is there a task that I'm missing?
