The pending asset flag is useful in the legacy review process. Does RAM set this flag for an asset that is using a lifecycle? If yes, to which states does this flag apply?

What states it would apply to is one of the issues with implementing this.

The pending asset flag is useful in the legacy review process. Does RAM set this flag for an asset that is using a lifecycle? If yes, to which states does this flag apply?
