Re-reading existing cell definition.

In our environment, we can't use the RAFW's cell definition in the BF as the golden master copy of out phsical environment for the time being.
Before issuing any RAFW command, I would like to update the cell-definition in side the RAFW's environment. For example, last week I've added one additional IHS node in the WAS topology. However, the cell definition was done few weeks ago. Hence, RAFW's environment is not matching to the target environment.
Question, what would be the best way to update my existing cell-definition?
I would like to keep existing cell definition but updated with new additions.
