red and blue workitems on gantt chart

Angelo Corna (26358383) | asked Jan 04 '11, 7:56 a.m.
I've created a project from the Formal Project Management Process template and I've created some workitems.
On release plan (on WorkBreakDown and Schedule view) I can see the gantt chart and I can see workitems with different colors.
What is the difference between red and blue workitems?

Thanks in advance.

The "red" items are on the "critical path" ... i.e. you'd have to remove
or reschedule some of those items to decrease the amount of time
required to complete the iteration.
