Is it possible to export a work item to any word/excel file?

When i run a query, I can export that result with few columns into .csv file. Is it possible to have another column with latest comment in individual work items?

You are able to export a work item query to a CSV file (which can be opened in excel).
An enhancement request was created to be able to export selected work items to an excel document:
