Where can I find the download equivalent to the 2.0.0.2 server zip?

I rather not use Installation Manager...

We are not providing zips because the server install for 3.0 needs to be more intelligent due to the increased number of install options. You can, however, install from the command-line with a GUI. See the following instructions:
