Moving Sections in Custom Work Items

We're using 3.0 RC1 and when I move the Links section to the Overview tab in a Task Work Item it does not display in the Web GUI. The strange thing is that it can be moved to other tabs including new ones I created. Has anyone been able to do this or is this a known issue?
