You don't need any additional files, the TeamServer-06M6.zip contains all of the files you need. You simply need to edit the /jazz/server/profile.ini file. Set the url value to point to your update-site folder as below

url=file:///<Your Jazz Install dir>/server/update-site
featureid=com.ibm.team.rtc.server.feature

You need to get the JazzTeamServer-0.6M6.zip. JazzTeamServer-x is the
provisioned version.
