RQM User Role/Permissions Problem

I am currently having an issue trying to assign the proper roles to my users within RQM.

Current Setup:
Rational Quality Manager v2.0.1 iFix4
WebSphere Application Server v7.0.0.11
MySql Server 2005
Microsoft Active Directory for my User Registry

The issue that I am having is that no, not even myself, is able to log into the web/console with there ID unless they have the JazzAdmin role assigned to there ID in Active Directory. All it does is give them the message;
You have successfully logged into the Jazz Team Server but you do not have access to any Projects.

Now your first thought is that I have not assigned the user to any Project of course; however, I have tried adding the user to members, administrators, both together, none at all, one at a time, etc. and they continue to receive the same error. Within Active Directory, I have attempted adding the user to call and each of the Jazz roles; however, they are not able to access without this error, until I add them to JazzAdmins...This is a problem because I do not want all my users to have JazzAdmin permissions.

Could someone help me out here, because the PMR I have opened with IBM is getting me no where...Maybe if someone could lay out the proper steps for setting project admins and project users that could help solve issue. Thanks.
