how to display encrypt data by SQL

we have some custom fields for work items .And we need many reports .so I want to develop some reports .
This issue is also in https://jazz.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1117.

but The tables data is encrypt.

If we can't get expected report ,Maybe Our Team don't use Team
Concert.So I hope I can get method to write SQL.
If we can dispay data by SQL ,we can get our expected report.
