Adding links to a work item
Is there any way to to the equivalent of the Eclipse or web "Add Related..." to add a batch of related links to a set of work items? I have a set of work items (imported from Bugzilla) that have corresponding Perforce change sets that I would like to add as links to the work item. There are thousands of them.

Closely related to this topic, would it also be possible to somehow add a simple URL to some text in a work item (Description, or a new custom text field) by batch adding links? For example, let's say I have a .csv with a list of work item IDs and URLs. Could I go through this .csv and add those URLs to the corresponding Work Item in RTC?
