Reminder note triggered once done all the Review

User received the remainder notes once done all the reviewed his assets.
For example:
User reviewed all his assets on Sep 28. But Again Mail triggered to him on Oct 04 for have to do review all his assets. In Sub looks like Reminder - Evaluate the review Process for <Asset> <Version>.
He received bunch of reminder notes for different assets for same time.
What are the cases might have received reminder notes.
What are the scenarios will get reminder notes?

User will get a reminder note depending upon whats the reminder option set in configuration and when was the last reminder send.
