Version: Rational DOORS Requirements Professional 3.0 Release Candidate 0 (Beta 2) Milestone

After starting Jazz Team Concert Server (on Windows) and navigating to https://clmwb:9443/admin, I'm receiving the error message:
"CRJZS0040E There is no REST service handler registered for the path "/""

I've defined clmwb in my hosts file.

The only documentation I've been able to find relating to this error is the text of the error itself.

Am I missing something obvious?

Have you gone through the /jts/setup already, I believe this is where the /admin context is setup from.
