RQM Unable to enter text in Test Script Step

While using IE7 we are experiencing issues while creating test script steps. Once the script is created we can create the first step without issue but when we try to create the second step there is no text box to enter text into. This usually happens when trying to create the second step but sometimes will not happen until step 3 or 4. We can not reproduce the erorr in IE8.

We see the same behavior in RQM 2.0.1 iFix4 and RQM 2.0.0.1

Hi, In the past we had experience problem using IE with RQM.
Now we are using FF and since we did not have issues

Also, instead of creating all the test script in RQM we are using Excel and import them after. It much faster this way.

All the info are available when you download the plug-in for Excel.

Thanks for the info. We have been successful with FF as well. We have some user groups that are not allowed to install anything on their machines so they are forced to use IE. They can't even install the plug-in for the import utility so we are stuck with IE7. :(
