Assuming Websphere Dev Studio is Eclipse (3.4.2) based, you can try to do a p2 install of RTC (downloadable from jazz.net)

By WebSphere Development Studio, I'm assuming you are referring to the client, WDSC?

No there is no RTC product that supports integration with WDSC.

The RTC product for iSeries/System i/IBM i platforms, named RTC for Power 2.0, only supports the latest eclipse IDE for for iSeries development called Rational Developer for Power System Software 7.6.
