Connecting across RTC repositories

0	Cathy Pfeiler (56●9●8) \| asked Sep 29 '10, 5:17 p.m. Within IBM we have various sites and thus - repositories that house RTC. I want to enter a defect in 1 repository - and transfer and link it to another - is this possible?
