Error while running reports on rich client

Hi,

We encountered an error while previewing results of a dataset on eclipse client. Web UI don't throw any error. I have been using these reports for quite some time without any issues. Only noticeable change that I can think of is that we upgraded to iFix4 couple of days back. The error content is posted below:

A BIRT exception occurred.
Plug-in Provider:Eclipse.org
Plug-in Name:BIRT Data Engine
Plug-in ID:org.eclipse.birt.data
Version:2.3.2.r232_v20090521
Error Code:odaconsumer.CannotExecuteStatement
Error Message:Cannot execute the statement.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Bharath

The Rich client launches IE for showing the report - this might be the reason for the difference if you your self uses for instance firefox.

Bharath, are you still having this problem? Did you upgrade both your
client and server to ifix4 or just the server?
