Where to add space for uploading huge assets?

In our Production server, we want to get some GB's of space added for huge assets upload. The location of persist folder as shown in the "Configuration" page is "ihe_admin_conf/applications/iram".
Do we need to add the space in /ihe_admin_conf for our requirement?

the extra space needs to be available to any and all of the folders
under .../iram/com.ibm.ram.persist. How you do that depends on your
operating system and file system and how the file system is currently
configured.
