Use of automated Keywords

Stefan Schmelz (5711821) | asked Sep 09 '10, 5:50 a.m.
Hi,

the online help to RQM 2.0.1 says in:
You automate a keyword by associating it with a functional test script. Therefore, keyword-enabled manual tests require Rational Automation Framework for test execution.
When you run a keyword-enabled manual test script, you must choose an Rational Functional Tester adapter to run the automated keyword.

Does that mean, I need RAFW to do that?

Thanks
Stefan

Hi Stefan
An automated keyword can be linked to any Remote Script (RFT, RPT, Robot, QTP, RST etc..). and it does not require Rational Automation Framework for test execution. Thanks for pointing that out
