Steps to Move RTC & DB2 to a new server

Hello,
I have a question on how to move RTC & DB2 to new servers.

Here is the info of the existing servers
One machine that has Apps / Web server -> Tomcat / Apache & RTC Server (Linux)
Second Machine that has the DB2 Server installed (Linux)
* Tomcat manages the users. ( no LDAP)


The new server we will have
New machine 1 that has Apps / Web server -> Tomcat / Apache & RTC Server (Linux)
New Machine 2 that should have the DB2 Server installed (Linux)

So Can someone help with the steps?

( It is just a DB2 to DB2. So Do I have to use repotools to export the DB2 database & re-import in the new machine uising repotools? Do I have to createtables just like a new installation on the new DB2 instance / database?

Few things I found out so far is backup the properties & conf.
