Error when clicking on Reports tab in Web UI

Dmitry Bisikalo (1665) | asked Sep 02 '10, 8:49 a.m.
Hello!

A couple of people from our organization reported a very strange error -- when clicking on Reports tab in RTC Web UI, they get the following:

"Your account does not belong to the groups that are authorized to access the Web UI. Please contact your server administrator."

The message is, at least, misleading, because they can use the rest of Web UI functionality just fine. Invoking specific reports from Eclipse client works for them as well. What's even more puzzling, is that Reports tab worked for them before, and no changes have been made to licenses/permissions or any other "authorization" settings.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue will be greatly appreciated.

I don't recognize that one. If you don't get a response to this soon on
the forum, I'd suggest calling Rational support, so they can look into
your specific configuration (and then please report back on what they
discover :-).

Cheers,
Geoff
