0.6M5a - gateway error: Illegal version combination

When starting the ClearQuest Gateway, the following error is displayed. It stated "InteropException: Illegal version combination: cqprovider version 7011; cm api version 701". I have CQ7011 installed. How can I upgrade cm api?
