Customer has required the capability of integrating with SMS
A Telecom customer here has been deploying RQM in an organization level and requested the system/platform to provide the capability of integrating with their SMS system so that whenever the test tasks are assigned , users would be able to automatically get notification.

The Jazz Foundation does not include native support for the SMS protocol. However, many telecom providers allow for text messages to be sent to an email address, and the provider then sends the text message to the destination phone. You could create a special user with such and email address and notifications would be sent there.
You need an Bulk SMS service provider that gives you the capacity to track delivery performance and response rates via reporting and analytics. Advanced filters and metadata let you run reports on what matters most to you.
