Yes, it is possible to configure the emails that are sent to users.

Hi Lauren,

I appreciate your reply.

As per my knowledge this facility is avialble for RTC 4.0 and above. I am using RTC 3.0.1.1 . Is this feature is available in 3.0.1.1?

no.. customization of email is only available on RTC 4.x and above
