repotools -import issues with 3.0M7a BETA

Trying to import a repository exported from v2.0 into a new repository in 3.0M7a as follows:

Getting the following error:

CRJAZ0643I Error : The data migration handler for the "com.ibm.team.scm" component id is not registered.

Tried this on two different systems -- one with Win2003 and one with RHEL5 -- and got the same result.

I have the complete repotools_import.log that I can email to you if it helps, but here are a couple of excerpts:
