Custom attribute tab not showing up on Web UI

I successfully created some custom attributes on a custom tab for a new WI Type. This required creating a new editor and binding it to the new WI type.

When viewing the new WI type via the Web UI, the new tab isn't visible. I've checked the forum, documentation and library and there's definitely some content on additional binding types, but no information on which one maps to the web and where/how to create a second editor to have the Web UI match the Eclipse UI.
