Installing Sametime integration with Eclipse plugin RTC

I installed RTC into my existing Eclipse 3.5.2 instance, so I can't seem to figure out how to install the ST integration plugins into ST. The instructions say to use <RTC>/sametime folder, but that doesn't seem to apply to an Eclipse install of RTC. Is this possible?
