Cannot access project area to report a defect regarding RQM

I cannot access the project area in order to report a defect related to RQM.
When I click "Submit a bug or request", the new window starts loading but never ends the "Loading" message.
I asked another person to try the same to discard a problem on my settings but that person was not able to enter there either.

The following was sent to the rqm-dev mailing list at 11:29 a.m. ET this morning:

Wee are seeing problems with the web UI on multiple jazzdev servers after deploying M7 over the weekend. I reported two instances of this on the weekend:

Can't access web UI on jazzdev03 (intermittent) (121284)
Could not get into admin UI on jazzdev (intermittent) (121278)

These two instances are likely dupes and if you see "Loading..." then you are hitting the problem so there's probably not much point in piling on with the work items. We are working on this right now and we will try and get things fixed as soon as we can.

Hi,
I received another update at 19:26 ET (UTC-4) today 7/12/2010 via the rqm-dev mailing list. Including below as an FYI for anyone following this thread who is not on rqm-dev.
-Patrick

We believe the problem has been found and a fix is in the works now. This is tracked in Web UI loader fails to create multi-char tiny IDs (121414). The reason this was not seen in testing is that it takes some and some hammering of the web UI on the server before it is seen and the situation is reset when the server is restarted or a new server is redeployed which often happens during development. On jazzdev especially with other users from the community and other teams (e.g. support) using the web UI, the likelihood of hitting the issue was greater.

We are planning to deploy a patch firstly to bluesdev and then to jazzdev, jazzdev02, jazzdev03 and jazzdev04 tonight. The fix will also go into Foundation M7a (which is not yet closed) and this will feed into RTC M7a and so forth.

Of note: the Eclipse client is not affected by this issue. If you need to create or access work items in the immediate future, you can do so by using the Eclipse client instead of the web client. You'll need the M7 client, which is here: Windows | Linux.
