How to display all the Change sets with their hyper Link in Report?

Hi,
I want To show the change sets Links with their hyper Link Present in Link Tab of Wok Item. I have code for accessing the change set which shows only Files in that Change set so I want to show the Links which are shown in Link tab of WI, and when i click on that Link i can redirect to the Web UI page of that Change set.
