Is there any way to perform Impact analysis in RRC without integrating with other Rational Tools? If there is no way then can anyone explain for what extent can Impact analysis can be performed in RRC.

How generate Traceability Requirement reports ( I have created one using reports but the file generated does not provide the changes made to the requirements )
In RRC how to know if a change made an requirement ,how does it effect on other requirements or artifacts attached to it ?

How about this ...

1. Create a collection of things you will want to do a impact analysis on later
2. Take a snapshot
3. <wait>
4. Optionally take another snapshot
5. Compare the two snapshot to see what has changed between them
6. Create a collection of the changed items
7. Run the traceability report on that collection
