Cant create work item RTC M4

Hi,

When i tried creating a new work item, it gives me an error
"Error running operation 'Creating Work Item'"
When i click on details, i get the following

Error running operation 'Creating Work Item'

CRJAZ0215I Item not found: com.ibm.team.repository.common.model.impl.ContributorHandleImpl@343c343c (stateId: null, itemId: , origin: com.ibm.team.repository.client.internal.TeamRepository@7d087d08, immutable: <unset>)
