RTC Client on AIX

Can I use RTC Client on AIX?
I'm going to set up following steps.
1. Install Eclipse Client on AIX.
2. Download and unzip Client for Eclipse 3.5.x (p2 Install) or Client for Eclipse 3.5.x (Extension Install).

Is this way supported?
I want to use only scm command on AIX.
