Hi

CQConnector Setup Wizard ver 2002 iFIX002 does not work.
Although I could set up ver 2002 with same procedure, ver 2002+iFIX002 does not work.

Does anyone succeed to set up CQ connector 2002 iFix002?
Is this a kind of defect ?

What exactly happened is that I can not move on to step 2 in the wizard.
When I try to move on to step2, following message box is appeared.
"The Setup Wizard is used by another user, or was left in an inconsistent State, Ignore" And I can not move on to step2.

Though it is a first time to execute the set up wizard, above message is displayed. When I clicked OK, the wizard is brought back to the introduction page, and the existing temporary properties file is not deleted. After I deleted the temporary file manually, the massage box is displayed.

I've downloaded the CQ Connector v2.0.0.2 ifix2. I saw the msg you described in the first step of the wizard and clicked ok. It seemed to want to go to the second step but went back to the first step. I then clicked the Configure CQ and Jazz button again and this time it proceeded to the second step.

I have seen this behavior in 3.0M5 and fixed it. During this period, someone did report seeing it in v2.0.0.2 ifix1 and the fix was backported to v2.0.0.2 ifix3, which will be available sometime after the end of May.

Yep - I have the same problem. I am wondering if this may be related to not using the standard/default passwords in the setup before this. I used my own (non default password when setting up the DB2 server and database. I look forward to the fixed release, as until then, I cannot use the CQ/RTC integration.

The problem is related to reading the information stored in a cookie. RTC 2.0.0.2 ifix 3 should be out very soon. I will post the date as soon as I know.
