We have tool in which tickets are created for ChangeManagement. This tool is selfdeveloped.
Is there any possibility to create WorkItems directly into RTCp?

We are using a system-i as server.

Hi,

RTCp comes with a great change management component well integrated with the software version and build component. Tickets are called Work Items in general. It is customizable to meet your vocabulary.
